Private Guided Tours are available

It is possible for individuals to arrange for a Priory guide to offer a talk that will encompass something of the history, architecture and ecclesiology of Cartmel Priory.

A limited number of places will be made available after the Priory closes to visitors on a week day afternoon subject to a guide being available.  Your place can only be booked by visiting The Priory from 10.00am – 1pm (week days only) and then returning after The Priory has closed at 2.00pm/2.15pm.

You wil be asked to be seated in The West End as we maintain social distancing and a guide will talk through the key moments in the life of Cartmel Priory. The wearing of face coverings are mandatory as well as hand sanitising on entry and on exiting.

A fee of 5.00 pounds per person.
