Cartmel Priory seeks to be open daily between 10.00am and 4.00pm.  We are able to do this due to the dedication and generosity of time of our volunteers who are happy to offer a welcome to our many visitors.

There may be times when a volunteer is not available and The Priory cannot be open as we have stated.  We do apologise if you have planned a visit and you are unable to look round The Priory.  We thank you for your understanding as we are doing all that we can to make The Priory accessible everyday.
