Lent is a time of preparing for the celebration of Easter.  As part of your Lenten observance, join us for a

 Quiet Day

 On Saturday 16th March 2019. From 10:00am to 4:00pm

We will be held in the beautiful, peaceful surroundings of The Meditation Room at Mill Dam in Cartmel LA11 7SS. 

This will be an opportunity to deepen into silence  through meditation, reading and a gentle walk, connecting with the inner and outer silence. 

Lunch and refreshments will be provided. We’d love you to join us!
